Seasonings in ground venison (its great if you can let the seasonings sit in your fridge for a day):
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- tsp. paprika
- tsp. garlic powder
- tsp. crushed red pepper
- tsp. oregano
- tsp. salt and pepper
- 2 TB worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. ground venison
Ingredients for mushroom stuffing (saute):
- chopped mushroom
- chopped onion
- chopped garlic
- 2 TB worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Home-made worcestershire sauce:
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 TB soy sauce
- 2 TB water
- 1 TB brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Shake well in a bottle (I used a baby bottle)

ReplyDeletewe found a local butcher. of you know any hunters than they would def. know. other than that you may have to just do a local search for a butcher on the net. usually thats the easiest and inexpensive way of getting some:)
